The first picture shows how I put the Acorn glue on the diagonal line. I laid it on a white background so that I could see the line through the fabric.
Press the top row toward the dark side and the bottom row to the light side (or vice versa as long as they are opposite.) We want them to lock together later. Cut out your templates on the solid line and put a little dab of a glue stick on the back. It will keep it in place while you trim. Place the template so that the diagonal line is on stitched seam. We do NOT want the stitched seam to be in the corner like it is on HST's. Trim all four sides if needed. Some of mine only needed a trim on the ends.


There should be 1/8" where the arrows are pointing.

Notice the quarter inch seam at the point of the block. This will make it so you don't lose your points when you sew it into the block.
